Lord, I thought I was the only one who remembered Carter! Also only saw them once, but rather later – in ’95 (Worry Bomb era – still my fave album tbh). When 101 came out I was still of an age to be reading Smash Hits…;)

Raymond Arritt, “Atmospheric Physicist” is likely Doug Cotton. He regularly goes around a few blogs and spams his claims that the greenhouse effect violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
